All product descriptions and prices are accurate at time of publication. We’re more precise than a pointer dog on the hunt, but occasionally errors may occur.

• Keep your password secure (treat it like your dog’s favorite bone)

Placing Orders

Adding items to your cart is as easy as teaching a puppy to sit! When you place an order:

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email (check your inbox, not your spam folder – we’re friendlier than that!)
• We process orders within 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays excepted)
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (though we’d rather play fetch than say no)

5. Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide (except some Asian and remote areas) because every dog deserves the best!

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Delivery times are estimates – sometimes packages take the scenic route, just like dogs on a walk!

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pup to be as happy with your purchase as a Labrador with a new tennis ball!

Return Policy

• 15-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached
• Non-returnable items: opened food/treats, used grooming products, personalized items

Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 3-5 business days of receiving return
• Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless we made a mistake)
• Bank processing may take additional 3-10 business days

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, images) belongs to us or our partners. Please don’t use our materials without permission – that’s like taking another dog’s bone!

8. Limitation of Liability

While we’re as careful as a show dog in the ring, we can’t be responsible for:

• Delays beyond our control (customs, weather, etc.)
• Incorrect product use (always follow instructions like a well-trained pup)
