We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas) because every pup deserves quality products, no matter where they live!

Order Processing

We’re quicker than a terrier chasing a squirrel when it comes to processing your order:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Options

Choose the option that works best for you and your furry friend:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Cost: $12.95 USD

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50 USD

Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Dog Needs Store, we want you and your pup to be as happy with your purchase as a Labrador with a new tennis ball! Here’s how our returns work:

Return Window

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order
  • All items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons (and because some things just can’t be un-chewed), we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used dog food and treats
  • Used grooming products
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easier than teaching a smart pup to shake hands! Just follow these steps:

  1. Request your return within 15 days of delivery by:
  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging (if possible)
  3. Include your order number and reason for return
  4. Ship it back to:

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We’ll cover return shipping if the return is due to our error (like sending the wrong item – we promise to be more careful than a Border Collie herding sheep!)

Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • Please allow 3-10 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

Exchange Process

Want to exchange an item? No problem! Just:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Include a note specifying what you’d like instead
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference!
