At Dog Needs Store, we want you and your pup to be as happy with your purchase as a Labrador with a new tennis ball! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right – because your satisfaction means more to us than a belly rub means to your dog!
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached (just like your pup would want them!).
β οΈ Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or partially used dog food and treats
- Used grooming products
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is easier than teaching a smart pup to shake hands! Just follow these steps:
- Request your return within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] or using our return form below
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging (if possible)
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Ship it back to:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (like sending the wrong item – we promise to be more careful than a Border Collie herding sheep!).
Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund – typically 3-10 business days after we process it.
Exchange Process
Want to exchange an item? No problem! Just:
- Follow the return process above
- Include a note specifying what you’d like instead
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference!
